Other Laguna Pointe insurance policies are arranged by Underwood Anderson & Associates. If needed, oweners may obtain a certificate of insurance from the respective agency. Be prepared to provide the following information:
- Mortgage Name
- Loan Number
- Bank Address
- Bank Fax Number
- Your building; i.e., #1 (4050 Indigo), #2 (4060 Indigo)
- Your Unit Number
A copy of the FEMA Site Elevation Certificates (4050 Indigo/Building 1) (4060 Indigo/Building 2) are available if needed.
